I am a Self Starter, organised, results orientated, honest with
45 years of industrial and commercial experience across a range of business sectors including engineering, packaging, footwear, food & drink, agriculture, distribution, education & training, retail, service and managing my own business. My attitude, resourcefulness, and desire is still of a person younger than myself.
My strengths are my professionalism, planning, flexibility, enthusiasm, drive, time management, scheduling, accuracy, interpersonal and communication skills. One of my key strengths is my networking skills and I am prepared to attend events 24/7 to increase awareness of the organisation and generate new leads. I have a considerable database of existing contacts.
My most recent contract was with UK Trade & Investment advising and developing their database of exporters and increasing the customer usage of services available. This required exhibiting, cold telephone calling, face to face meetings, and devising/mailing monthly e-newsletters.
I know I’m doing my job well when:

• Clients I have brought on board give repeat business for additional products and services
• Clients speak positively about my visits and consequently the contribution in assisting the cost effective running of their business.
